5:1
Now it came to pass in t he crowd to press upon him and to hear the word of
God and he was standing by the lake
Gennesaret.
2 and saw two boats, standing by the lake; but the fishermen from
them having gone away were washing the nets. 3. And embarking in one of the
boats, which was of Simon, he asked him from the land to put out a little:
and sitting out of the boat he taught the crowds. 4. And when he ceased
speaking, he said to Simon. Put out into the deep and let down the nets of
you for a draught. 5. And answering Simon said: Master, through the whole
night labouring nothing we took, but at the word of thee I will let down
the nets. 6. And this doing they enclosed multitude of fishes a much: and
were being torn the nets of them. 7 And they nodded to their partners in
the other boat coming to help them. and they came and filled both the boats
so as to be sinking them. 8 And seeing Simon Peter fell at the knees of
Jesus saying: Depart from me, because man a sinful I am, Lord. 9 astonishment
For seized him and all the ones with him at the draught of the fishes
which they took. 10 and likewise both James and John sons of Zebedee, who
were sharers with Simon. And said to Simon Jesus. Fear thou not;
from now men thou will be taking alive. 11 And bringing down the boats onto
the land, leaving all things they followed. him.

8:22. And it came to pass on one of the days and
he embarked in a boat and the disciples of him, and he said to them:
Let us go over to the other side of the lake; and they put to sea.
23 And sailing them he fell asleep. And came down a storm of wind to the
lake and they were filling up and were in danger. 24 approaching And they
awoke him saying: Master, Master we are perishing. But he being awakener
rebuked the wind and the roughness of the water: and they ceased, and there
was a calm. 25 Then he said to them: Where the faith of you? And fearing
they marvelled, saying to one another: Who then this man is, that even
the winds he commands and the water, and they obey him?
